Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
Please be aware that DMCOUTURES.COM is the official online domain name for ASTI TWAM FASHIONS.
Both the Registered name and registered business name upholds our terms of use, privacy policies, Open Box Policy, Cancellations, Refund & Returns.
Asti Twam Fashions operating under the domain – dmcoutures.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- ASTI TWAM FASHIONS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by ASTI TWAM FASHIONS, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

- Customized Designs:
No Cash on Delivery (COD) and No Return Policy: Please note that customized designs are made specifically according to your preferences and hence cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment: Full payment in advance is required for customized designs.
- Size and Color Specifications:
Size Chart and Pantone Color Palate: Size charts and Pantone color palates will be provided exclusively in the customized design section to ensure accurate selections.
- Fashion Accessories:
No Return Policy: Fashion accessories such as jewelry and scrunchies are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Perfume Products:
If the seal of a perfume product is broken or if the product container is found to be damaged, customers are eligible to request a return. However, if the seal is intact and the product container is undamaged, customers cannot request a return, exchange, or refund.
- Offer Products:
No Return Policy: Sales that are discounted are non-returnable or non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, if a wrong product is delivered or found damaged at opening (**Open Box Policy) then they get to return or ask for a refund.
** An open box delivery entails the delivery personnel opening the product packaging in the customer’s presence to verify that they received the correct item, in optimal condition, and with all included contents. Both the outer packaging and branded packaging are opened and presented for the customer’s inspection.
- Return Period:
24-Hour Return Window:
Products/Items, with the exception of custom-made or personalized designs as well as fashion accessories, should be requested for return within 24 hours of delivery.
The company discretion is final and binding in the above case of return.
- Return Request Process:
Request Submission: Customers must submit a return request, stating the reason for the return, by filling out a form.
Merchant’s Verification: The Merchant (Designer Merge) reserves the right to verify if the return is due to a seller’s fault.
